I wanted to post this yesterday but my camera batteries were dead. :(
This is my way of trimming a raggedy bottomed tassel...
You need a sharp scissors, a piece of a milkshake straw, and a darning needle...(you may or may not need it) Groom your tassel before trimming, making sure the lengths are straight.
I used the darning needle to pull the tassel through the straw leaving the raggedy bottom exposed...
Then I trimmed the bottom and pulled the tassel out of the straw...
I used perle cotton to make the tassel.
